Amani spent the first 8 years of her career working for Tech companies in Brussels, Dublin, and London. However, she left the corporate world a few years ago to pursue her true passion, which has always been health and wellness.

 

She is now on a mission to help busy professionals clear their tummy troubles so they can experience more body confidence and peace of mind.

 

Amani primarily works with people with chronic IBS, SIBO, candida overgrowth, and other gut infections and uses the Functional Medicine model to get to the root cause of their gut disorders.

 

She is a Registered Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach and has been trained in the practice of Functional Medicine.

 

Amani has helped over 150+ clients suffering from severe gut-related conditions with her personalised gut healing programs.

Vanessa Keane

Dietitian, Intuitive Eating Counselor

 

I completed my Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics back in 2009 at the National University De San Marcos in Lima Peru.

 

After my studies, I gained experience working in non-profit organizations, such as World Vision and Caritas.

 

In 2010, I moved into the clinical area where I began working in Daniel A Carrion National hospital. I really enjoyed my time in the health industry as I got to work with adults and children creating meal plans based on their nutritional needs.

 

I then broadened my experience by consulting for companies such as Nestle and Citibank.

 

In 2012 I relocated to Australia where I continued my studies focusing on Intuitive Eating. This is where I started my private practice “Holistic Ella” where I have helped many English and Spanish speaking clients build a healthy relationship with food and their bodies.
