As we are approaching the holiday season, I thought we could make the most of those flavours as well as still look after our health. The sugar content of each snack I make plays a huge role in my recipes and I’m really passionate about sharing them all with you. 

You won’t miss that nasty sugar crash, I promise! :)

Makes 8 balls:

  1. Place all the ingredients in the food processor and mix until a dough forms.
  2. Roll into balls.
  3. Store in the fridge.
  4. Enjoy!!
