  • 60g rolled oats or oat flour
  • 30g protein (I used pea protein)
  • 1/2 banana
  • 5g cocoa powder
  • 10g dark chocolate chips (I always use +70%)
  • 35g unsweetened almond milk

1, Blend them all together (except choco chips) with a hand mixer.
2, Transfer the cookie dough in a bowl and fold the choco chips in.
