Intuition is a theme that’s coming up more and more for me at the moment , and it’s a daily practice for me and my clients. It has NEVER come naturally to me, I always looked to others to make decisions rather than trusting myself. Think of it like training a muscle in the gym it takes perseverance and conscious connection in order to develop it.
