Guilt-free Quinoa Brownie

There are so many ways of implementing quinoa into your healthy lifestyle. They aren't only suitable for salads, mean meals or fillings but to make amazing, guilt-free snacks like this brownie.
It's really easy to work with quinoa, easy to prepare and be creative with it. Here's a guilt-free snack idea for you that you can prepare just under 30 minutes.

Sugar: 0.3g

Protein: 5.4g

Fat: 4.8g

 Makes 8 brownies:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C. Prepare an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl or standing mixer, combine all dry ingredients first then add the peanut butter and almond milk. Mix them together but do not over mix.
  3. Pour the mixture into the tray and bake for around 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  4. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before slicing into pieces.
  5. Enjoy! :)

*You can use any milk you prefer.
