Cornflake Protein Soft Cookie

Makes 6 soft cookies
- 80g gluten-free oat flour
- 30g almond flour
- 30g vegan protein powder
- 150ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon & ginger
1. Combine all ingredients - except the corn flakes - in a bowl.
2. Make 6 cookies out of the mixture, put them on a baking tray. Top them up with cornflakes.
3. Bake them in a pre-heated oven for 10-15 mins
