Vegan, low-sugar overnight oats
Overnight oats is an amazing, healthy breakfast idea for every member of the family. It could be a great time saving solution to spend more time on your morning routine.
You can also work ahead of time in terms of food preparation because it lasts up to 4 days in the fridge not even talking about the fact the it can also be consumed as a healthy snack in between your main meals whether you're working from home or you're on the go.

  • 81g Oats (rolled)
  • 16g Cocoa Powder
  • 6g Chia Seeds
  • 300ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 144g Strawberries

1. Add the oats, cocoa powder, chia seeds, and almond milk together in a large container. Stir well to combine. Seal and place in the fridge overnight, or for at least 8 hours.

2. Remove the oats from the fridge. Divide into containers and top with strawberries. Enjoy!

Tips

Leftovers Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to four days.

Enjoy cold, or warm on the stove-top with additional milk.

Nut-Free Option: Use a nut-free milk such as oat, coconut, dairy, or soy.

Likes it Sweeter? Use agave or monk syrup to taste.
