High Protein Avocado Chocolate Mousse

Could you actually tell this yummy chocolate spread is made out of avocado? I know so many of you who are new to healthy lifestyle struggling to find a way to introduce some healthy ingredients into your diets and one of the biggest 'enemy' seems to be avocado.
Not anymore!
For me, this was one of the best ways of doing it so, making everything sweet I didn't like before. Amazing way to transform your taste pallet and try new ingredients, flavours.
Also, it could be a cheeky way to introduce avocado to kids! :) You can serve it in a glass with different topping (nuts, fruits and seeds) as chocolate mousse, or use it as spread on toast or on a slice of banana bread.

Makes 1 Chocolate Mousse

  • 1 medium avocado
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop brown rice protein
  • 1 tbsp monk syrup or stevia


1, Blend all ingredients together with a help of a hand mixer.

2, Ready to serve as a chocolate mousse or use it as chocolate spread.
